Kathleen Christina Esposito is a young mother who grew up on Long Island, New York. She was educated by Catholic nuns at the Academy of St. Joseph in Brentwood, also on Long Island, where she spent her entire high school years.
She attended Hofstra University, where she obtained a BA degree in political science. After graduation, she worked for a couple of health insurance firms until she became pregnant with Emily Grace and decided to quit to devote her full attention to her first and only child. When Emily turned five, she rejoined the workforce as an installation specialist at a health insurance giant. She is also a licensed real estate agent and enjoys helping people find their dream homes.
She advocates for the environment and a healthy lifestyle, opposing chemicals in food and everyday household items. She developed the concept for her children's book Emily Grows while tending to her plants and teaching her child a healthy respect for the environment.
